Roger Young has over 20 years of experience in Account Receivables Management and the Debt Collections Industry. He has various certificates in Collection Industry Laws and Practices, American Collectors Association Top Managers’ Seminar, and has undergone training and provided training to collectors in Collections
Roger has worked closely with different cities, counties, and other Government entities. With his experience and knowledge he has been able to increase the recovery rates of their bad debt while simplifying the process and has worked for several county courts (Napa, Yolo, and San Mateo) for court enforcements and traffic citations.
Roger is considered one of the nation’s highest authorities on Dialer systems and the interface of the dialers to the CUBS system. He has taught in many seminars and been an advisor to many collection agencies and financial companies.
Aminta is one of Bridgeport Financial’s cornerstones. She began years ago when Bridgeport was much smaller, doing such tasks as entering data, sorting mail, filing and posting payments. Today,

Aminta earned her B.A. in Research Psychology at San Francisco State University. She spends her spare time with her family and friends.
Rodney Clemons is a rising star at Bridgeport Financial. In two and half years time, he has escalated from an entry level small balance Collector to a large balance collector. Currently, Rodney is the
Jennifer joined the Bridgeport family in 2004 as a part of the support staff. Her first tasks with the company included inputting new accounts and filing. As time progressed, she began to take on different tasks within the support department such as posting, interacting with clients, and handling all the incoming and outgoing correspondence. Today she oversees the support and legal department, balancing and preparing monthly statements, as well as helping with various administrative projects.
Leta Darsey came to Bridgeport Financial with 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. She directed the leading U.S. branch for customer service for the fourth largest insurance company worldwide.
Prior to this, she spent nine years with a top ten international insurance company. Serving as their director of Customer Service and Sales and Marketing, she was consistently recognized with service awards for top ranked branch in customer service.
She has earned her associate of customer service degree from Life Office Management Association (LOMA) graduating with distinction, and completed eight of the ten requirements in fellowship through the institute. As well, Leta graduated from National University in 1990 with a degree in paralegal studies with an interdisciplinary emphasis, with honors.
Leta lives in Sacramento with her husband Jay, and has three girls.
Christina brings nineteen years of experience in the collection industry to Bridgeport Financial, Inc. where she serves as President. Prior to Bridgeport Financial, Inc. Christina served as a co-owner and Vice President of a Bay Area collection firm. As a valued member in the community and business world, Christina has an impressive list of accomplishments including speaking before legislators in order to ensure equitable legislation for both creditors and consumers, serving as a past President for the California Association of Collectors, working as a continuing education instructor for the Bar Association and appearing on national
In her free time Christina enjoys being a master trainer with Dale Carnegie Training, playing around with performance art and welding metal sculpture.
